    Sofa, Bed and Furniture Returns

    Purchasing furniture is a big decision and we want you to be completely happy with it, so for all sofa, bed and furniture items we offer a 100 day trial period. That means, you have 100 days, from the date of delivery, to decide whether you’d like to keep, return or exchange the product.

    If you change your mind, or circumstances change, you can call our friendly customer service team and you can return it – no hard feelings – we promise. We're often asked what the catch is, there really isn't one. All returns for sofa, bed and furniture items are free, if returned in the original packaging. Any items returned without the original packaging will incur a re-packaging charge of £150. Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the sofa, bed or furniture item and check for damage. Once complete you will receive your money back within five days after collection confirmation.

    For all international returns you will be charged the cost of delivery.

    Sofa, Bed and Furniture Exchanges

    If you change your mind on a colour or style and want to swap the product you bought with another Swyft item, we offer exchanges on all sofa, bed and furniture items. As with returns, we offer 100 days from delivery to exchange an item.
    All sofa, bed and furniture items come with a 15 year frame guarantee.

    Mattress returns

    Choosing a mattress is a big decision – we spend a large portion of our lives in bed – so it’s important you choose a mattress with the right comfort levels. That’s why all of our mattresses come with a 100 day return period, giving you the flexibility to decide whether the mattress works for you. That means, you can test out the comfort first and if you find that it’s not quite right, the mattress can be returned within 100 days from delivery. 

    All mattress returns are free, just contact our customer service team to arrange the return. You will receive a refund five days after collection confirmation. 

    For all international returns you will be charged the cost of delivery.

    Accessory returns

    We know all-too-well the impact a rug or cushion can have on the look and feel of your room. But if you are torn between tufted or knitted, velvet or linen, we offer free returns on all of our accessories. Just contact our customer service team to let them know you’d like to return an item. See below for return details one each one: 

    Rugs returns: Adding a rug to your home can create focus, and interest and can bring a room together, so it’s important to get right. With our rug collection, we offer a 14-day return period.

    Cushion returns: Just like our sofas, our cushions are designed and made by us which means we can offer a 100-day return period.
    Wall Art returns: Choosing a piece of artwork is a personal decision and one that you need to get right. That's why, we offer a 14-day return period for all artwork items. 
    Framed Print returns: As with Wall Art, a framed print can have a big impact on a room, which is why all of our Framed Prints come with a 14-day return period. Not the right fit for your room, send it back. 
    Sofa Throw returns: You will only know whether a sofa throw is right for your living room when you can see and feel it. If it's not right, just send it back within 14 days. 

    Dog bed (and sofa) returns: Let’s be honest, the sleep and comfort of our beloved dogs are more important than our own. Making sure their sleep is uninterrupted bliss should be paramount. So, all of our dog beds and dog sofas come with a healthy 100-day return period. That means your pet has 100 days from delivery, to decide whether their Swyft dog bed is for them. 

    For international returns, you will be charged the cost of delivery.

    Emmiera returns

    If you bought Emmiera five year warranty with your sofa, furniture or bed and decide to return your item, we offer a 14 day return period.

    Gift cards returns

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for gift card purchases.
     

    Garantee

    2 year fabric guarantee

    On all upholstered furniture, a 2 year fabric guarantee is included in the purchase of the product. The guarantee includes pulled threads, loose threads and stitching issues. However, the fabric guarantee does not include accidental damage or spills. If you’d like specific cover for accidental damage we’ve partnered with Emmeira, a furniture insurance company where you can purchase a five year warranty on furniture items.
